Rehab day, new workout wear and I’m still fat, but not for long dammit! I’m going to lose weight ALOT of it!! My neurologist leaned across today at our appointment and told me my stroke was waking me up to tell me I had better get into the best shape of my life QUICK! I’m fat, I know this but who the hell wants to accept this fact? I’m a beautiful soul, my face is lovely and my family and friends love me. What else should I need to do?
